Kristopher, along with his wife Sarah, own Otter Creek Awnings. Prior to ownership, Kristopher worked at Otter Creek for five years and held the role as the Sales Manager. He has lead the sales and design team to much success by providing impeccable service to both residential and commercial customers. Sarah, with her husband Kris, is an owner of Otter Creek Awnings. She has admired the flawless reputation that Otter Creek has held over the many years. She is a graduate of St. Michael’s College with a degree in Business Administration and was employed at the University of Vermont Medical Center and People’s United Bank prior to ownership. Dana Robinson joins the Otter Creek Awnings team as our Operations Manager. With this role, Dana oversees the day to day operations of the business which includes customer service, scheduling, and oversight of our installations and services. Dana is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Business Administration and is a veteran to the awning industry. With well over a decade of experience, Dana started his career in awnings as an installer and advanced his way to manager of an awning manufacturing facility. When he’s not in the office, Dana enjoys coaching hockey, playing golf, outdoor recreation and spending time with his wife and two boys. Email Dana »
Sam is our Installation Coordinator at Otter Creek Awnings. With this role, Sam wears many hats by assisting our team with the ordering of product and scheduling of our installations. He has a background in retail and logistics which serves this role well along with his enthusiasm and wonderful customer service skills. When Sam’s not in the office, he enjoys paddle boarding, biking and hiking with dog as well as skiing in the winter! Email Sam »
Roger Reilly is our Project Manager here at Otter Creek Awnings. With this role, Roger leads our Installation team, provides technical measuring, works closely with our manufacturer and oversees all of our projects. Roger owned his own construction company for many years so he brings decades of building experience to the organization along with creativity and attention to detail. In his free time, Roger enjoys boating, creating steel sculptures and spending time with his Corgi, Angelica. Email Roger »
Jennifer is our Office Assistant here at Otter Creek Awnings. She the first to greet you with her upbeat and friendly personality either on the phone or when you visit our showroom. Jennifer is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute and has a strong customer service background from her experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Candace has worked with homeowners, builders and architects in the home improvement industry for well over ten years. She brings to this position a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience from an ever-growing industry. A graduate of UVM with a degree in business, she is always ready to help with a solution. Tim has been in the awning business for over 34 years and his knowledge of all shading products is unmatched. He has worked closely with Otter Creek Awnings manufacturers and his knowledge affords him the best creative solution for any project. Awning Sales & Design
Chuck aka “Chucky from Stowe” joins the Otter Creek Awnings team after many successful years in sales. Chucky’s previous sales careers have been in the automotive industry as well as in real estate. He helped run his family’s business, Kinney Motors in Rutland, where he learned the importance of customer relationships which is a skillset he absolutely excels at. Chucky is super excited to be working with home and business owners for their outdoor living needs here at Otter Creek Awnings. In his free time, Chucky can be found shredding the mountains on his snowboard and spending time with his friends and family in his hometown of Stowe. Email Chucky
Awning Crew Leader
Trevor is one of our awning crew leaders. Trevor started at Otter Creek Awnings as an Installer and moved into a Lead Installer role as his awning and construction knowledge flourished. Trevor brings to our team wonderful customer service skills and a friendly, always positive personality. In Trevor’s free time outside of work, he enjoys attending music festivals and skiing in the wintertime at Middlebury Snowbowl.
Collin is one of our Installers and comes to Otter Creek Awnings with experience in both the construction and restaurant industries. Collin’s enthusiastic and friendly personality serves our client’s well and he is excited to use his knowledge and skills from his previous roles out in the field. While not at work, Collin enjoys hiking, camping and watching baseball.
Dalton joins the Otter Creek Awnings team as an Installer with experience in the building and restaurant industries. He recently moved to Vermont from Iowa and is eager to see the beautiful sites while out on the road with the crews. Dalton’s calm, respectful and professional demeanor are wonderful attributes that he brings to our team. While not at work, Dalton enjoys the ever-popular Magic: The Gathering card series and cooking, especially grilling!

We have seasonal workers that help out perhaps for one season or more. While we have a great team of dedicated full time workers we also have the best seasonal workers as well. Every year we get a great group who come and work hard at installing during the rain, sleet, sun and yes sometimes snow. We are extremely lucky to have them on our team for the summer!
